[Performance and Applications]
The product is used for foaming in the production process of gypsum plasterboard.The process comprises the following steps of: introducing air into a diluted foaming agent to uniformly disperse to realize a liquid-gas contact surface as large as possible, so that a surface active substance in the foaming agent forms an electric double layer on the surface of a liquid film and wraps the air to form fine and dense foams; and when the foaming agent and the gypsum are hydrated, an intermolecular acting force, namely a hydrogen chain, is generated to generate steric hindrance to cause the defect of a gypsum lattice structure,Activate that activity of the gypsum and accelerate the formation of a network-like gypsum framework, thereby achieving the purpose of enhancing the strength of the gypsum board, reducing the capacity of the gypsum board, greatly saving raw material and fully improving the physical properties of the plaster board.
